Staff to Principal Engineer Role Details - Our clients typically look for people that:
Are leaders and problem solvers that collaborate well with engineering leads and other peer groups (e.g., product, design, machine learning, data engineering, SRE, etc) to build products.
Have strong application and system design and architecture capabilities.
Take ownership and are accountable for significant product/project components.
Contribute to building a great culture and enjoy and are able to be strong mentors and guides for other engineers.
Have experience in a progressive, product-focussed organizations and have seen the good and bad of architecture, scaling, technology selection, agile, devops, automation, etc.
Have a passion to learn and ultimately grow as an engineer and team member.
Bring expertise and experience with service oriented architectures, cloud, distributed systems, algorithms (depending on the client), data structures, etc.
