gdR is recruiting a Sr. Technical Product Manager to work for a global consumer brand that has 20M users & processes billions in transactions annually. The company is building a new prod dev team in Toronto. Over the past couple years they've built a new platform (AWS, node, react), so you're building products on top of modern tech, no legacy. The Sr. Technical Product Manager will be part of a 4 person product team in the Toronto office and responsible for working with each brand to build innovative consumer apps. If you're a builder and get excited by creating products you can see and use everyday, this is a great opportunity. Note that their comp is also highly competitive.
We are seeking people that have experience building products (e.g., mobile, SaaS, consumer, etc.) and have technical depth to dive into platform and integration discussions with the engineering teams. As well, we're looking for people that have strong communication skills and an ability to work closely with each business unit to understand the each brand (e.g., their goals, consumer needs, etc.).
